Yesterday I attended the TiE network meet in bangalore [home sweet home 🙂 ] and had the oppurtunity to interact with the legendary John Doerr & Shriram. Interestingly they very humbly said that their becoming such a legend with sucess of google was an acccident (or rather an outlier) . I have been attending every TiE meet for the last 8 months or so and yesterday’s gathering had the largest audience so far. I was not sure if it was the food or the chance of meeting the most sucessful VC’s as of now that pulled so many people.
I will not rather write about about the talk and let you listen to it. I had access to a Sony W800(rocks) mobile phone and recorded it all except the last 2 or 3 questions in the end as I had run out of space.
I am putting it in AMR format ( plays in Quicktime or Real, download the AMR codecs if you don’t have them), when I get more time I will edit the talk and convert it into mp3 file.

Hmm I agree about the sound quality let me see if I can improve it. I seated myself in the third row so that I could get a lot more clarity but then John Doerr was walking around the entire room 🙂
