Read this article with the same title at Indiatimes, it was an eye – opener of the current state of services and it made me ponder over the long term implication to the satyam, TCS, Infy, Wipro’s of our nation. Internet which made the possible the creation of huge IT services industry (by reducing the huge transaction costs in transporting work to cheap labour nation companies) is going to act as major headache to these companies ( by further more reduction of the same transaction costs)
