Who should be called plog ?

I think that there should be some central authority who decides what should be named what ?

Now I saw two service/app both named plog.
– A app called plog developed at HP Labs which makes camera phone as a story telling device. Quite cool !!

– Amazon calls personalized blog as plog.

I am in favour of the first one because it is way too cooler 🙂
