Imagine something like mplayer being or acting as a browser. The difference between a page and a movie clip is that the clip moves at a constant velocity at a certain speed. In pages we can move the page at our determined speed. There will be hooks in the videos which will/can act as a loader to another video. A browser as an application would render video clips instead of pages and pages can be treated as special case of vidoe only. These hyperlinks would all be in the same language of course.
