A webserver running inside a phone is conceptually pretty simple and very much possible but implementation is not trivial given that many operators restrict their network.A web server in phone would give rise to interesting possibilities for both web and the mobile phone.
Folks at Nokia research centre have a prototype ready and available for download for beta testing. Pretty cool !
