Understanding Requirements

While understanding requirements never go into solution mode. Just ask questions ,
basically forget about the solution. Americans have a fantastic way of giving out solution.
Suppose a problem is given. They spend so much time just raking problem. Understanding
the problem from multiple view points. Before the problem is understood they would never
jump in to the solution mode of thinking at all. Then they come up with a basic solution and
then they later give a optimized solution.
