A problem well defined is not a problem at all. In real life problems are never well defined. It is only in sciences problems are well defined and as the saying goes it is also half solved. There are projects which are vaguely defined and projects which are better than vaguely defined but still there are vaguely defined project which succeed and better defined projects which fail.
